Booking Policy

Orchid Girl Tattoo Studio Policies

A studio minimum of $100 is required for all tattoos. The final price will vary depending on size/detail.


A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.


Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received within 4 days of the inquiry date. If the deposit is not paid, the appointment will be forfeited.


No-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. The deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand things come up—communication is appreciated.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to rebook.

Due to the permanent nature of tattooing, as well as the time and supplies used, all tattoo services are non-refundable!!
